Thanks goes to Rhys @FlemishDog from Twitter for sharing. This is a raw recording from the original Japanese broadcast and includes commercials. I couldn't figure out an episode number for this, Nanto from TSHS actually mentioned this problem (with this particular series) in the description of his latest release, so sorry for the poor labeling.

Yours is the December 9, 1989 broadcast of episode 1153 (鬼の手がた岩). With it contained a rebroadcast of ep 741 (仏さまの鼻の穴) that originally aired on October 20, 1984. Usually MNMB eps are aired as pairs but for Dec 9, only 1 new ep was aired which means the other half had to be a rebroadcast as evident in your rip.
Both halves of these ep titles match wikipedia's entry for MNMB even down to the directors and screenwriters listed in the title cards. Obviously your TV rip is not from 1987 because it can't have an episode from 2 yrs in the future. Also the commercial at the end with the Hitachi vacuum cleaner CV-MX100 series (the little ball one) which hit the market in 1989 and also won a design award for it https://www.g-mark.org/award/describe/15848 which again confirms this rip is not from 1987.
Nanto's situation was https://myanimelist.net/anime/39119/Manga_Furusato_Mukashibanashi that someone identified a couple hours after he posted his latest release. He didn't actually have any MNMB ep, hence why his ep's title returned no results on MNMB's wikipedia ep list.
