tint might be reduced/gone, but based on the screenshots you introduced significantly more artifacting by re-encoding a YouTube video at almost the same size. i would recommend doing a 10bit encode paired with a deband filter to help reduce some of that artifacting in the original video. then it's just a matter of using adequate x264 settings to maintain transparency (note that it's very likely the encode will turn out bigger than the source if you aim for transparency, given how the original is rather bitrate-starved).
