On the 720p of episode 14, the official English sub has been hardsubbed as well as the usual alt English subs being added as a softsub .ass sub track, so when if starts playing you see two sets of subs. If you use a media player that allows to turn subs on/off, just turn the subs off/select no subtitles, and you will see the official English sub by itself (which is better than the alt English subs imo anyway). That being said, there really should be a v2 of episode 14 720p made.
