@ Ree81 I agree ... this season so far is sooooooooooooooo underwhelming ... way too much crap pretending to be worth watching ... so far this is the only thing I have been looking forward to ... and I am quietly praying that they do it right ... and not as just another cutsie crap anime series, because the manga is awesome

I'll revise my statement. Kakegurui S2 should be watchable. I was just unaware it was coming out since I don't really follow 'upcoming' shows. So this season: Kakegurui S2, shield bro and the promised neverland.

Shield Bro is just some generic isekai, Shit Taste Bro.

Liking more than 1 or 2 anime per season = actual shit taste. Usually zero for me, since most are literal trash.

Whatever, Mob Psycho is awesome (if you watched the first season), Dororo and Shield Dude look promising, Kakegurui is different in a good way, Boogiepop is watchable, and the latter half of slime is still running. And I don't know how Neverland is, but gonna find out now.. so yeah.. this season is above average.

well ... ep 1 of Yakusoku was decent ... I realize they have to condense a long running story into much shorter bites for an anime series ... but it was decent ... they have the characterizations down pretty well ... it will be interesting to see if the anime only covers the first story arc ... or will they do 2 or 3 seasons so that they can cover both the first and second arcs as for other anime this season Kemurikusa ... this one looks a LOT like an anime or movie I saw a few years ago ... it bears watching for at least another ep or two Meiji Tokyo Renka ... this one has potential, unfortunately it also has the potential to turn in to pure crap ... ep 1 was a bit overdone on the silliness, but the base premise has potential ... I seem to remember an anime series a year or two ago that had a similar type of premise, supernatural set back in the Meiji era ... there was no time travel in that series, and all in all it was pretty good ... so this one is worth watching for at least one or two more ep's
