Yes, it was re-encoded with Handbrake to boot. What a quality release.

@Jendrej when I searched the only I saw with the name "The Rising of the Shield Hero" was https://nyaa.si/view/1106503 which had a filter over it. So, didn't realize it been posted. And yes I used "VidCoder" to encode. The only difference is the file is mp4 and is smaller. Quality is still the same as the one you've linked. @herkz It wasn't meant to be a quality release if you've read the description. The only thing it was meant for was to combine both raw and sub as the "HDR" one was horrible. And it was encoded with VidCoder.
