Can you outline the differences in your subtitles? New TL? New timing? New TS? etc..

Well, we fixed the TL, TS, re-timed it, fixed transliteration errors and what not. Anyway, it should be better than the original from `kaiji`.

Okay improvement, needs a bit fine tuning. Anyways, the US BD is coming this year I believe. So hopefully someone can extract that and do comparison. Thanks!
