@GrimCW for subtitle 1&2 its different episode mistake made by me, but 3&4 are good you can delay 1000ms depending on your preference @ShiZZe it just a small video show bd menus it doesnt work, just 5 mb video file

@TGminer what is wrong with crf24 ? screenshot is available and you can download one episode to check the quality why this torrents is the most seeded torrent of the series ? because its complete,decent quality,BLu ray subtitle and AniDL subtitle are included , episode name are in chapters,so I wrote episode name chapter by chapter, I made sure everything about series are included, and I encode it in decent quality the source of my encode is my own blu ray not web dl , br rip or etc

VLC is recognizing three audio tracks, 1 English and 2 Japanese. It seems that the voices are being recognized as a separate audio track from other sounds? How are people playing this

@SYZekrom the third one is community audio, if you want Japanese audio the second track is perfect, and since I ripped it from BD disk, I can guarantee the quality of the audio

Almost perfect! Great audio/video. Unfortunately, the audio/sub tracks are unlabeled, and: ## S1 * For episodes w/o commentary, there are 4 sub tracks - BD full, BD signs/songs, ASS full, and ASS signs/songs. Not sure if they're consistently ordered. * For episodes with commentary, there are 6 sub tracks - the 4 usual, and also 2 for translating the commentary which SEEM identical. NONE of these tracks are consistently ordered. * For all ASS subs, the timings are wrecked. The underlying issue: the video/audio is about 1001ms offset from the older [FFA] release, where I think you got them. Comparing the video frames stuff is supposed to appear (use lines from easily distinguishable frames in the [FFA] release and find the same frame in yours), for S01E12: * OP song and OP signs are 700-800ms too early * Dialogue is 200-300ms too late (sums up to ~1000ms, coincidence?) * Signs, title cards, and the ED are the same as the dialogue * For the ASS signs/songs track, the same offset errors are present ## S2 * Audio seems fine. * ASS subs are off, but less bad than S1. The underlying issue: the video/audio are offset by about 1042ms relative to the [FFFpeeps] release, where I think you got them. By using S02E01, * BD subs seem correctly timed. * ASS subs are 100-200ms too early across the entire track using subtitle frame transitions from the OP, episode dialogue, and ED Issues with S02E05: * BD subs are from S02E06 up to the ED, then they're correct including the preview * this applies both to the "BD full" and "BD signs/songs" tracks * ASS subs are fine, other than the offset Disc mastering error, or problem with ripping/muxing? ## OVA + SPECIALS * Tracks unlabeled, otherwise fine. ~ ## TL;DR * label all the tracks * use fresh ASS subs for S1 * actually measure the timing offset(to the ms/frame) for S1/S2 ASS instead of just eyeballing it * fix the BD subs for S02E05 If you did these in a re-release, it could easily be the definitive one, and would be much appreciated!

@aphirst its have good quality video and audio and subtitle from bd are good, 200-300 out of sync from fan sub its not that noticeable at least not to me, as for labeling subtitle, I was so tired with syncing till the point I gave up, now I think about it I did to much work for it,( I did write chapter name by hands, each episode have 3 chapters + op +ed + preview) why I haven't done that too sometimes I don't think well. if I plan to do it, it gonna take me at least a year or more because I have a very busy life now if you can do what you mention, I will very thank full I prefer working with jpbd but this one I got ukbd and no other good source or even a decent encode available at the time I start working on this, I know when I sync and mux fan sub from aniDL torrent it won't be perfect, I thought I did close enough, but I suck at syncing, so I left BD sub untouched with the release, sure they are not best looking but they are in sync good sub, this is how I wanna backup my files, and I share it with you so, if you can do what you mention and upload it I am totally ok with it just let me know post in a comment here if you have problem comment here I will try to help you as much as I can

I understand. What I will most likely do myself is manually resync the [FFF] and [FFFpeeps] subtitles into the S1 and S2 episodes (by manually measuring the correct offset), and removing the broken/redundant "songs/signs only" ASS tracks; I will then share the .ass files with the modified timings so that others can do the same. If I have more time, I will manually relabel all of the BD subtitle tracks, and try to work out for sure whether or not the "duplicate" commentary subtitle tracks are really duplicate. What I would also like to do is find another source for S02E05 that include BD subtitles, and use those to fix the broken ones here. If I ever get those done, I will either release a comprehensive set of xdelta patches, or just make a new release outright. I'm a huge fan of the Ika Musume anime so I definitely will try to do this at some point in the coming weeks, but if someone can point me to a different release that definitely has BD subs (that ideally isn't the full uncompressed blurays) so that I can use them to fix/check the ones here, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks a lot, @Ravarage !!! The version of S02E05 subs in your mega link seem to be correct! I am currently in the process of putting together my best attempt at a "fixed" compliation. I have had to give up on getting the ASS subs to work for season 1 - it seems that the UK BDs for S1 have some extra pauses in the episodes (between OP/ED/segments etc.) which I'm not willing to go to the effort to manually retime. If I'm satisfied with the result, I will share it.

thank you for laying the groundwork especially with creating those chapters :) your video quality in here is awesome. i didnt use it though because i usually do everything from scratch with my standard formula (reencoding reinforce xD). fiddling around with .ass subtitles has become almost a daily business for me now so it is not such a big deal anymore (season 1 was somewhat annoying i have to say though :S) tried making my upload a little different from yours (no bd subs and no commentary) so that its an alternative and not a replacement

@neoborn thank you, whenever you create a torrent any part of my torrent you can use, feel free to use it, the video quality is due I use UKBD (I prefer JPBD but you cant find it every time) I download your version too and you did an awesome good job, to be honest with you I replaced a lot of my anime archive with your encodes, thanks to you and similar groups I only encode rare gems and try to upscale old anime using AI(which I can't upload) besides I made software that you can remove subtitle based on their style tags, it's a little buggy, but it works, when I want to upload torrent and I don't have the sign and song subtitle I use this, it's not perfect but its better than nothing, hopefully, it will save little of your time https://github.com/ravarage/ASSR-Anime-Sign-Song-Ripper-
