Ok! Suckcess!!! Removed everything , latest version of CCCP, 32 bit version of MPC-HC ps one you sent is too new for win xp, and then latest VLC, I was using like 2.02 or whatever. VLC works MPC-HC still blown out. And sharpening works in VLC now. Go figure!
