I know a decent amount of Japanese, and I'm a big fanboy of the Index franchise, so I was pretty angry that we still haven't had a proper translation 2 days later but every other language had one. Credits to VOSTFR for the timestamps though.

New to the torrenting scene; wanted to ask if I update the file locally, it should update the file being torrented right?

Nope, the torrent is permanently linked to a file with a specific hash, so you'd have to delete this entry on nyaa and make a new torrent. If you updated the file locally, the torrent client just wouldn't do anything with it.

Two questions. 1. What subs are better this or from Normie10032 ? 2. With what raw use this subs ?

@marconii2002 See for yourself. According to OP's description, he's yet to see a proper translation so if ever saw Normie's release, by his standards, this might be better.

@GachaSlave - You could however post a link to an xdelta patch in the description, which people who've downloaded the torrent could use to update the subtitles to the new and improved version; of course, given how small the sub-file is, the patch plus xdelta itself together might be larger than the updated subs.
