Si hay diferencia, no solo esta renderizado a 59.94fps, el video se ve como si estuviese a tal fps, mas fluido, mediante interpolacion de los frames, es similar a ver la diferencia entre un juego que corre a 60 y 30fps respectivamente, esta a x5/2 mas cuadros que 23.976, no a todo las personas les gusta como queda, pero personalmente es de mi agrado asi
