This is a quick rip of the PG 00 Raiser Special DVD included with the February 2010 issue of Dengeki Hobby. My apologies for not removing the menu parts from the beginning, but I wanted this done. Enjoy, and hope this helps those of you (like me) who haven't gotten around to building your PGs yet!
