Is this Upscaled version? or BluRay? Audios are from where? Why are they too large in size?

The Video and subtitles are from Crunchyroll, and both audios are from the uncut dvd box sets

im seeing boxes in the subtitles. is anyone else having this issue or are my settings just wrong. im using mpc-hc.
