Liar's disease = 嘘つき病
Truth Cherum = 本当桜
That one crab has the kanji 潮 (*shio*) on its back, but pretty much everything about it was awkward to typeset. It's essentially 'tide', which is both a part of the Japanese name for the crab (潮招き) and potentially a metaphor for how it is the turning point of the episode (潮時 et al. can be equivalent to the English phrase 'the tides have turned').
The name *Aoi Aota* (青井青太) is mostly translated as Mysteria Blue because it will make things a lot less confusing, but also because it makes enough sense—April is related to the color blue in Hanafuda as well as the Japanese wisteria... anyway, it's complicated.
