maxotaku, is right it's the first OVA. DDY said they're doing the BD's for both seasons so it's likely they'll do the Beyond OVA when they get to it.

Ah got ya. misread "we’re doing Kekkai Sensen & Beyond BDs" as both seasons, guess it meant to read as "we’re doing Kekkai Sensen [OVAs] & Beyond BDs.
