Run the English version installer (not the Japanese installer on the disk) and the game will install. ReACT is an expansion pack for the original Melty Blood so you need to install that first for it to work. ReACT won't run if it can't find the original Melty Blood to run so it's best not to move the installation folders around for either. #### Actress Again Current Code Extract MBAACC.7z wherever then extract the English patch inside that (overwrite the original files with the English files). Melty Blood is the same thing as Tsukihime? Or is it a spin off?

Its a fighting game spinoff of tsukihime. I think the first game's story mode takes place about a year after Tsukihime

I'd suggest playing ReACT over the original for story, though. It has everything from the original release, plus a more updated control scheme, more characters, and dialogue on arcade mode.

First of all, thank you so much for this. This game is so hard to find it's not even funny. Now, I install the original Melty Blood (with the English patch) and the game launches successfully. However, every time I try to install ReACT (using the English patch of course), I get an error saying: "Copying of data files from the Melty Blood ReACT CD failed or cancelled (return code: error). Please restart the installation procedure." The game doesn't install correctly and so I can't play ReACT. Do you know of any solution to this? Thank you.

The plot is based on the Melty Blood Drama CD -Rojiura Pyramid Night- from TYPE-MOON Ace Vol. 3, and revolves around a Back Alley Alliance formed by Sion, Riesbyfe and Satsuki.
