[BDMV] Violet Evergarden Vol.2 (Special Disc) - Movie ???

Violet Evergarden is supposed to be a U2 exclusive. I don't think U3-Project will upload it on Nyaa. I wouldn't.

if you don't want them public, share them privately. a tracker with 6000 users is definitely not something i'd consider private.

If you actually care about the community, stop talking about exclusivity and credit and be happy that your contributions are being shared more widely. If you don't care about the community, then fine, stop uploading.

It's more like breaking the rules of the website than anything else in my opinion, like, here if someone uploads with your tag it's not okay, so they are breaking the rules and U2 has a rule against sharing U2 exclusive stuff.

^ what pyro said. It's also the double standards that people demonstrate here. If you use someone's encode/subs without credit, people will go berserk (just look at when Dmon did it, for example). But if you share U2 content that the original uploader has expressly said they don't want sharing, and you even do so without crediting them, then that's fine?

Rules rules rules... we are talking about pirated content. Rules do not apply. If you want to share something on internet then do it, if you don't want then don't share anything and keep it for you.

The stuff that is claimed against Dmon doesn't hold weight here since that's a red herring along with the "credit" not being given as that's not the main issue it's the sharing of the BDMV files that was said to be "exclusive" on a so called private site and its members not giving heed to such a stupid request and expects it to remain so on the internet no less and its data being uploaded to other sites including this one whining that the files be deleted immediately to extend U2's rules to a non-U2 site by their loyalists. And nobody's entitled dude. That only hits on the BDMV uploaders who want to extend their control to another site just cuz they bought it. Also, BDMV's supposedly aren't being shared more is due to the sharers being control freaks with a massive ego wanting to get their way or the highway while not giving a single damn about the owners of said show who don't want their "product" to be freely-shared after a copy is purchased. It's like the buyers who bought a copy of said show became part-owners of said show dictating how things will go to peasants on sharing sites. It may sound rude but I ain't trying to be mean just telling it like it is, no ill will to them who bought and shared it and don't expect to get props cuz they got the funds to afford it but share it cuz they want to with the community.

Honestly you're just coming across as sour about not having access to U2. All of the good encoders (and plenty of bad ones) have access to it so no one is actually going without.

As someone who respects the wishes of others, I just want to point out that you can’t prevent leakers from U2 from posting here, or anywhere else for that matter. You can’t do anything about it. If you don’t want it shared, don’t do it in the first place, not even on U2 if you know you’re going to be upset about it. Having such an exclusive community only causes those who don’t have access to it to act out. No normal person likes to be left out, that’s just how people are. And those people who have gotten their words across to some of the ones in U2 will act in favor of and represent them. For instance, the one who uploaded the first 2 volumes of Violet Evergarden BDMVs also stated he/she is doing it for those who don’t have access to it. Rules only work on people who want to follow them. Those who don’t follow them means the consequences for breaking them aren’t enough to keep them on a leash. No one even knows who posted those here, so the rules on U2 aren’t enforceable to begin with. Those who break the rules are scum, but there are others who have reason to thank them as well. If you think about it, we’re all hypocrites. Why are source providers breaking DMCA and copyright laws by ripping and uploading them? Content creators for anime and games should be undoubtedly pissed. And here, original source providers are upset that others released something of theirs publicly that they released publicly from the original content creator? I’m just shaking my head. I honestly don’t like what the one who uploaded the Violet Evergarden BDMVs did, but I also thank him/her, as well. But I would never do something like that, just because I’m not that kind of person. I’m just pointing out the hypocrisy. The only ones who should leak other’s work, are those who are prepared to have their own work leaked. Hope you enjoyed the modded quote from Lelouch. TL;DR: There’s nothing you can do about leaks on here from U2. But I have to say I don’t condone what they are doing, but also thankful for what they do as well.
