@SROFrancis Make it easy on yourself by using foobar and use that to split it into single tracks via the .cue file if the cue has no error.
Drag .cue > Drop @Foobar > Right-Click > Convert > ... > Config to use flac
You probably need to install the foobar encoder pack http://www.foobar2000.org/encoderpack
If you already did that or after you install the above then look in the foobar/encoder folder under programs (or where ever you put it foobar at) and locate the flac.exe and that should do it. If you use a 64 bit OS use the flac64.exe preferably.
Edit: I dunno if the encoder pack has the 64 bit version so go here https://www.videohelp.com/software/FLAC-Encoder
Just a note tho, if this .cue file is the same as the one shared in the BDMV you are going to have to edit it in notepad to say:
FILE "未知艺术家 - 未知标题.flac" WAVE
As what it has will cause errors as I think it was set to .wav
