Subtitles are present, but this is not mentioned anywhere except the file list. I would not have know that there is a translation here, if I hadn't read the comments in neighbor torrent.

The subtitles are PGS, which is the native subtitle format used on Bluray. Instead of just a simple .ass file, it is actually a bitmap picture stream that is laid on top of the video when playing, hence the larger file size.
