Since the movie won't get a BD release for a while, and since I promised a "nicer" typesetting job when it does come out, here is my better subs with one of the available raws that is not watermarked or hardsubbed. it's 576p, not sure if it's upscaled or not, but it looks nicer than the 480p version, as far as I can tell, and looking nicer is what I wanted so... :P As usual, if you spot any errors, please let me know... I've been toiling over this fansub for a long time, but I still might have missed something. Enjoy Ericfromabeno

does anyone understand why my other torrent was banned?? I don't understand the reasoning... it's literally a re-worked version of SYD Bleep 22 OAD, with many typesetting corrections and a better video quality... why would that be banned?? :(
If it wasn't yours, and the original group didn't want this torrent, then it will be banned on nyaa. If you'll try again, your account on nyaa will be banned. That're the rules here...
It was deleted because it broke the rules. >DVD source video is limited to 1024x576p.

Theres no PAL DVD for this so its an upscale as far as I know. And your new 22 was also an upscale. Thats not better quality, its worse. Please continue uploading 480p for this and 22

hmm. interesting. It looks better on my tv. I wouldn't have chosen it over ReInforce if it didn't. I will think about this... Thanks for the heads up.
Thanks for your hard work!

I hate screwing up.... sigh... I just looked through this video again, and realized that because I switched to a different subtitle font on a whim, and forgot about important issues like font size conflicts.... many of my white box signs will probably be incorrectly framed. I found one so far, anyway... (;_;) dammit. I was so proud of myself for having done a nicer job with typesetting... -_-...

ok, so, for anyone still hanging in there with me and my flaws, I've loaded the movie and ova22 onto Mega. The versions there include the update of this version, (still with flac audio) plus the other 576p version of the movie that uses AAC audio, (much smaller file size, and I can't hear a difference. Some people's players can't use AAC I guess??) plus the original Chinese hard subbed movie, again with the best version of my subs. .... though I wouldn't blame you for giving up on my subs after all these damn minor fixes. The other two files are episode 22. If someone could tell me which one looks better to them, I would appreciate the input. anyway, here you are: https://mega.nz/#!KMlFwAST!PdWBA6eIgH1-J1eDIov0aPNejc_CjcbMlY_tIKUFiwQ https://mega.nz/#!fM8RQJCD!AnUxW3lg8WMZHaEql5s903VxhwoGdbg5mcGNNO3T9oQ https://mega.nz/#!qVlECKLY!Kf1ZLiuDZ7WZTojKfVoEGuNyRlfBYLjmZmgEYHvaou4 https://mega.nz/#!7UkSnapJ!rLVIbq8NeX1cJHJpKjutClajLmZcRGWisa9enwcBAFM https://mega.nz/#!TQ8WFCTA!r-gOYgib9KrWVYzH7_mcXc39l54hLyYbh3iu9ealZZs
Thanks for the updated versions!

I still don't understand why certain of the stylings don't display correctly in MPC-HC.... Everything looks fine in Aegisub and in VLC (except VLC has a hard time displaying graphically intense stylings without stuttering... (9_9) But in MPC-HC some styled subs "disappear" in full screen mode... something about the size or the positioning.. it's annoying. I suppose I should have checked every likely subtitle in MPC as I went along... Anyway, I really love UTW's treatment of the OP song... I feel guilty borrowing it, but there's no way I could improve on it. I'm pretty proud of my work on the movie ending song though ^_^ Not that it looks amazing, just... competently done, I guess :P
At what timeframe the subtitle disappear?

umm... basically, in MPC-HC (Movie Player Classic - Home Cinema) any time there are "large" "oddly placed" subtitles, MPC-HC does not display them, in full screen mode. I THINK many of the "red stamp circle" subtitles are affected this way. the first one is about 1:40. The next at 13:03 or so... then 13:30, 19: ...something... basically every red circle I guess? It only happens at full screen, with MPC-HC as far as I know. I only have that player, Kodi and VLC... doesn't happen in those last 2.
Nope, no problem here with mpc-hc @full screen. Installed codec pack: the outdated cccp.

thanks for letting me know. I'm glad it's just me. Must be because I don't normally use anything but vlc and so don't install codec packs myself. At least, I can't remember the last time I did.
