Dupes: 039, 040, 087, 088, 177, 178. Page numbers based on EN version.
Missing pages: 035->039, 082->087, 083->088, 172->177, 173->178. Page numbers on the left are based on JP version. Page numbers on the right are where the missing pages should be based on EN version.
Do note that your JP Vol.18 may be slightly different from mine.
