i can confirm MAL seems to have it wrong, the official website (https://www.comico.jp/articleList.nhn?titleNo=2) says the title of chapter 222 is: "Last report 222. Restart LIFE".
Also as of May 2019 only 12 volumes have been published, if they do 10 chapters per vol, that means ~10 more volumes are yet to be published, so no, he probably can't upload by volumes yet, but i agree having 10 or so chapter per CBZ file would be better for reading, specially since my favorite manga reader does not have an easy way to go to the next one.
But you can easily do that yourself since the files are named properly, just make a new folder, move the first 10 or so chapters into it, extract them (CBZ files are zip files after all), delete the old cbz files, compress/package the images or the whole folder into a zip file and change the extension to .cbz, that's what i did anyway, works perfectly and you can also delete the stupid and now irrelevant 'on hiatus' images while you are at it.
This manga seems to have been made specifically to be read in a continuous scrolling mode and the only manga reader i found that can do that well (on desktop) is SumatraPDF (which is why it's my favorite).

If the anime had ended at episode 12 and didnt do the 4 episode OVA to kinda finish off without a bitter and sad ending of the romance between Arita and Chizuru, I woul seriously doubt the sanity of the studio and director who made it. And even thought the manga finishes it better, we appreciate the fricking overdue OVA
