I don't cutoff your connection, at least not on purpose. The problem is my upload speed is only so high and I'm seeding 350 torrents at the same time so it can get to you only so fast. For example, on the fripside torrent I don't see any peers connected. If you still can't get any seeders let me know and I'll just make a DDL link for you.
