HONJO!” gag is a reference to the stand-up comedy duo Trendy Angel (which is what Honjo and Oyama are referencing, right down to the outfits). Saito from the duo does the exact same gag, grabbing his coat lapels and shouting, “SAITO-SAN DA ZO!” The venue shown in this episode does exist at Oji Station, ironically called Hokutopia, and it is a famous place to take Shinkansen photos. You can book it for special events, too. The group that appears at the end are indeed the singers of the theme song. The E5 member is Yutaka Kobayashi, who is also known for playing Kamen Rider Baron, Kaito, from Kamen Rider Gaim. He looks very little like his real life counterpart.
