Orphan Fansubs is pleased to present the second mini-batch of *Hidamari no Ki* (*A Tree in the Sun*), from 2000. This brings us to the halfway point in the series. *Hidamari no Ki* is based on a manga by Tezuka Osamu. It is a historical seinen and tells the story of two men - one a young doctor (and Tezuka Osamu’s great-grandfather), the other a young samurai - caught up in the turbulent events of the Bakumatsu. **Not to be missed.** See the blog entry for more information. wow wow wow. you are awesome. I had really old encodes of this from more than 10 years ago from [aoi-anime] and when I first saw it, this series had me. unfortunately only 4 episodes were released. I really appreciate your work. thanks alot
